Oat Flour Banana Pancakes

Easy to prepare and perfect for a little one who has mastered the pincer grasp or spoon!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 egg

  • 1 banana

  • 1 Tbs peanut butter

 

Directions: 

  1. Blend the oats in the blender completely to make oat flour.

  2. Add egg, banana, and peanut butter to the blender. You can add milk to thin out the pancakes if needed.

  3. Cook on the stove over medium heat.

  4. Serve pancakes in wide strips to a new eater, or bite-sized pieces to a baby with a pincer grasp
