Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats

Prep this tonight to make your morning tomorrow a breeze!

Overnight oats are one of our favorite things! Prep the night before to make your morning easy. The best part is that there's NO cooking! This recipe is a tasty, healthy breakfast for babies offering lots of minerals like zinc, iron, and magnesium.

Ingredients: 

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped

  • 1/2 small banana, mashed

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 

 

Directions: 

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and stir well

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight

  3. In the morning, uncover and enjoy! Top with additional strawberries if desired
